Where are you located and can I pickup my item's from your office?

Our office is located in South Yarra, Melbourne.  Our products however ship directly from the manufactures, which saves you time and money. Once you order from our website, based on your address we can advise you for pick up, as this can save you shipping cost's for certain items where we charge. To schedule a pickup, please order online as usual, then send us an email stating you would like to pick it up and we will notify you when your order is ready which is usually 1-2 business days if your item is in stock.

Can I get spare parts from

Absolutely!  In the future we plan to have all spare parts listed on our site for each brand.  For now, you can just email and let us know which part you need.  Once we verify that the part is available, we will email you back and let you know how to order.

Are you an Authorized Dealer?  

Yes! only carries brands that we are authorized dealers for. This means you get the FULL Factory Warranty. In fact, all of our units are shipped to you, directly from the manufacturer themselves which saves you both shipping time and money!

Want to Buy an Item That is Not on our Website?

Our goal is to keep clutter free and simple to use.  This means we don't list every product out there. But if there is something you want to purchase from any of our manufacturers, we'll happily sell it to you for the best price guaranteed.  Simply email us at with your order and one of our staff will give you the best price possible and details on how to pay.

How Can I Place and Order?

Ordering Online: Find a product you'd like to buy and click on the order button. Follow the instructions on the order page. If you are ordering more than one product, use our add to cart feature! If there were any options or upgrades that you missed, one of our custom service staff members will contact you either by email or phone. In-stock items are typically shipped 24-48 hours after we receive the order.

Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you select your equipment based on your individual needs. Our top brands and competitive prices ensure that you'll be completely satisfied with every phone purchase you make. Go ahead and order the unit online, then give us a call and we'll add on the features you want!

Ordering by Email: If you want to place your order through email, send us a message to and one of our staff members will get back to you quickly with a total price including tax and shipping.  Please include the product and any options or upgrades that you might require.  

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?


At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

If your item has options that weren't specified when ordering, prior to shipping your order, a representative will email you the order and lead time for delivery.  For all normal orders we will send you a confirmation once your order ships.

When will I be contacted regarding the delivery?

Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large orders including freight shipping orders, our shipping company may call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step. You can check your order status on our website also.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Instead of having a warehouse full of inventory and having only certain colors, sizes and makes in stock, we have partnered with the manufactures directly to have them ship your items to you personally.  This means that as long as there isn't a problem on the manufactures side you can assume that all items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship or we are taking per-order's for the item's where we are expecting them to be stocked soon. You will also find alternative suggestions from our side for the product's which will have a longer lead cycle. Custom items take an additional 1-2 weeks to build and ship. If your item isn't in stock for whatever reason, we'll contact you via phone or email to discuss alternatives. If we can't find a happy alternative we'll happily refund 100% of your money.

Do you have a catalog?

Our website works as our online catalog. We try to add products regularly to give you the best possible selection. It would be difficult to for us to keep a printed catalog current. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please call or email us at

Warranty Questions?

The great news is since we are an authorized dealer for all products we carry, you will receive full warranties for everything you buy.  The even better news is since we deal directly with the manufacturer and have them ship directly to you, there are no middle men to get in the way.  Please check the manufacturers website for their specific warranty terms and feel free to contact us if you need assistance filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
