Q How durable is a Inflatable Tent?

A In a word very. The tent is made of military grade PVC fabric which is use for building inflatable boat.  

How long it takes to inflate?

It take roughly 4-5 minutes.

How much pressure can I put in the tent?

For general use 4-8psi is best.

What do I get in the repair kit?

you can find some glue and some patches that can be used to get you back up and running. A good repair should be left overnight to cure. There will be an detailed step by step instruction in our user guide.

Can we customize our tent and put our logo on it?

Yes, you can. There will be an additional cost base on the size of the printing. We will need your design or logo send to us in AI or Eps File,  once we received your file, we will provide you with an quotation. It will take 6-15 days for production.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@theyogaboarder.com.au

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@theyogaboarder.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

  • Our return policy lasts 15 days for damaged or incorrect products shipped.
  • Some of our supplier agreements allow for change of mind returns as well. Please reach out to us to find out about return policy of a supplier/product.
  • Not all supplier's listed on our website have returns policies until unless its damaged in transit or wrong product has been shipped.
  • To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please email us at support@theyogaboarder.com.au in order to process your return. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that must be included with the returned board, paddle, or accessory. Also, please write this RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original product, and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Not applicable in case of of damage in transit or wrong product shipped or wrong address shipment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

According to the Australian Customs and Border Protection, some fees and duties may be associated with the importation of items over the value of AU$1000.
